family and grandparent level benefit

Family and Grandparent level members get a 50% discount at over 120 museums around the country. Your digital card is all you need. Find a museum.

• E-gift cards can be used towards admission, membership and/or purchases in The Gift Shop and Café.
• An e-gift card can be sent right away or on a date of your choosing.
• E-gift cards must be redeemed at the Museum. Simply show your e-gift card to the front desk to redeem for a membership or admission tickets. Online redemption of e-gift cards is NOT available. 
• Physical gift cards are available for purchase at the Museum only. We do not mail physical gift cards.
• Memberships purchased with a gift card will begin on the date of the gift card redemption.

purchase a year-long membership

• Gift memberships become active immediately.
• Select "this membership is a gift" at the beginning of the online form to choose if you would like the welcome email sent to the gift recipient or to you, the purchaser.
• Gift memberships are delivered in 1 - 2 days with a digital membership card. 
• This membership card and a photo ID are required for every visit. They may visit prior to the arrival of their digital membership card, but must provide purchase confirmation.
• To receive a welcome email before Christmas Day, memberships must be purchased by Friday, December 19 at 2 pm.
