Joy Park Free Nights: Joy Park is open for free from 4:30 - 8 pm (or sunset) the third Friday of the month, May - September. Aside from the restrooms, the inside of the Museum is closed.

The Museum does not offer any free nights other than those listed above.

Holiday Closures: The Museum is closed Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.

Nursing and changing facilities are readily available, and Bloom, a playful space for early learning, is designed just for ages newborn - 36 months and their caregivers.

A typical visit is 1-3 hours, and our exhibits are designed for children, newborn to age 8.

Visiting Joy Park? Dress for chilly weather and pack a change of clothes. Please note: Joy Park (or any of its components) may close due to inclement weather or unsafe conditions at the discretion of the Museum.

Pets are not allowed in the Museum, including Joy Park. Service dogs are always welcome.
